1) The Platform is intended to be used exclusively by those who over the age of 14 and only for the permitted uses set out below.
2) The user will be informed that:
– is prohibited to post content that is offensive, racist, insulting or discriminatory, obscene and contrary to the legal provisions in force concerning the protection of personal data, honour, decorum and reputation.
– Content in violation of copyright laws is prohibited.
– It is prohibited to enter personal data, names, surnames, e-mail addressese-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, residential addresses, within the platform.
3) Before being published, content shall be moderated by the staff managing the platform.
4) In the event of violation of these conditions of use the Foundation reserves the the right, at its sole discretion, not to publish the content entered, to block the author of the prohibited conduct and, where appropriate, to communicate any relevant circumstances to the competent authorities.
5) Access to the platform may take place only after registration and authentication;
6) While the choice of user name or nickname is free, it is mandatory to use a secure password that must not be disclosed to third parties and must be guarded with the utmost diligence;
7) At the time of access, the following personal data shall be recorded by the platform’s computer systems of the platform the following personal data of the user: nickname, time of access IP number of the device used for connection, type of browser and operating system used
